We accept insurance! Nutrition counseling is often 100% covered under preventative benefits, but coverage can vary by plan. We recommend calling the number on the back of your card to verify your specific benefits.

We are in-network with:

BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, HealthChoice, Medicare, Soonercare/Medicaid, Healthcare Highways, and Aetna.

For those choosing private pay (not using insurance), our rates are $240 for the initial session and $160 for follow-ups. We believe care should feel accessible and supportive, so sliding-scale options are also available.

Heart Health & Insulin Resistance

We work with you to improve key numbers like your A1c, cholesterol, and blood pressure in a realistic, sustainable way. The goal is helping you feel better throughout your day while supporting your long-term heart and metabolic health. You’ll walk away with practical steps that help you feel more in control of your health and your results.

Weight Concerns & Medications

We provide individualized support for weight goals with or without the use of medication. Care includes nutrition guidance, improving your relationship with food, and support for prescribed weight-loss medications, including GLP-1s when applicable. We also help you manage side effects and ensure your body is properly nourished throughout the process.

Peri-menopause/Menopause

We help you navigate hormone-related changes that can influence metabolism, body composition, energy, mood, and long-term health risks. Even if your food and movement habits haven’t changed, this stage can feel very different in your body. You’ll receive guidance that supports your changing nutrient needs and improve your confidence in how you care for your body.

Relationship with Food

We support you in breaking out of the diet cycle and replacing pressure with patterns that feel sustainable.
