Insurance & Fees

Many health insurance and employee plans cover unlimited nutrition counseling with a Registered Dietitian at no cost to you. Select plans may require a co-pay or limit the number of visits allowed. Please reach out to your health insurance company to determine specifics of your plan, as we are unable to guarantee coverage. Please be advised, all services denied/not covered under insurance are the patient's responsibility.

Appointment Information

Initial Appointment (60-90min, $200)

This first session is all about getting to know you, your health history, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We'll collaborate on an approach and plan that works for you.

Follow Up Appointments (60 min, $160)

In follow up sessions, we work through progress, challenges, and real-life adjustments (because life happens). We typically meet every 1–2 weeks at first, then space visits out as you feel more confident and consistent in your routine.

Looking to bring nutrition education to your group or organization? I offer community and workplace talks tailored to your audience and designed to feel conversational. Talks are usually anywhere from 15-45 minutes working well for anything from staff meetings to community outreach programs.
