What To Expect:

Initial Consultation:
Your initial session is scheduled for 90 minutes and can be either in-person or via telehealth based on your preference. During this time, we’ll go over your medical and nutrition history, talk through your current food intake, and work together to get clear on the goals you have. After this appointment, I’ll take some time to put a few thoughts together and create a potential plan for us to review and discuss at your first follow-up.
Ongoing Support:
Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes and can also be in-person or via telehealth. During these sessions, we’ll collaborate on your plan and begin working through it step by step. I’ll provide guidance, education, and support throughout our time together. Because behavior change takes time, most patients continue care with me for 3–6 months or longer.

My Approach

I practice a gentle nutrition model—meaning I focus on small, realistic changes that fit your life. I'm not a fan of unrealistic diets or fads. I meet you where you are, and we collaborate on building meals based on accessible foods. I also provide education around the recommendations I provide. I enjoy building long lasting relationships with my patients and aim to create a supportive environment where we can discuss all things food & life.
